LM,

Your attitude is getting really old... Do us all a favour and keep it to yourself if you have nothing positive to add, its not in the spirit of a forum to be rude when we are all here for the same reason; we love bikes.

The chain was stuck when i popped open the starter casing, I fixed it... starts no problem again.
I accidentally had a bit of metal that got in the tooth/chain preventing it from turning.

She is as strong as ever again... Thanks brwesky.

To me RUDE is being lazy and not looking for the obvious SASCHA.
At times as I read your questions/requests for answers which are there with you and your bike I get the feeling ya like to see your messages on the forum and never read back for answers already given to the same questions ya ask.
A part jammed the starter.
Right there at the engine.
Imagine that. .........LM

LM,

Im going to level with you becuase you've made your attitude impossible to ignore;

You know your stuff, no one is denying that fact.

What you dont know is that I have got 5 emails from others saying you are infact rude and they are happy to finally see someone say something about it. Ive never meant you disrespect, but you have obviously meant me disrespect with your confrontation of the way I conduct myself. For that, Ive asked you to keep it to yourself, clearly this is something you dont have enough self-control to do.

Say wahtever you want, your criptic sacrasim is played out and the only reason people put up with it is because your sarcastic comments are (barely) outweighed by your knowledge... now, imagine that.

Ive apprecaited your help when ive asked for it, but im not asking for it so do yourself a favour and keep it to yourself as others feel the same way.

-Sascha

P.S. Dont get it twisted, I apprecaite your help but if you cant keep your negative attitutde in check I will call you out on it; even if others wont. And lets be really clear about one thing; who are you to make the 'rule of engagement' on the Forum?! It sounds to me like everyone has to play by LM's rules of posting messages or he gets upset in the sandbox...

Lots of to do.
Some time back I chastised ya for what I considered ya were using the forum as a Fix It For me attitude.
QUESTION/ANSWER.
Time and again.
Well ya didn't reply to that but to my complete pleasure Ya Worked on the bike and Had It Running.
Ya did add a sarcastic note to that message which I didn't respond to as I was pleased ya did some work and things seemed good.
Then ya ask "What's a Solenoid?!
Where's your parts book or manual or anything ya can look at and get your answers from.
Ya were offered a possible fault location.
I support my dealings on a one on one but since ya brought up ya have 5 eMails well I have several here also and my phone conversations of the way ya use the forum are "ya appear as a lazy person who wants to Just Get It Done The Easy Way".
Prove me/us wrong and get to all the previous answers and get and keep the bike running.
I sent a caustic message and!
Again ya Took The Part Off and Found The Problem.
Now that's the way ya learn and will better understand what ya may need to do if/when ya out riding and the bike has a problem and no computer and ya will be able to get right to it and make it work.
Ya spent a lot of time with your message to me and if ya would use that same effort (parts book/shop manual) with that bike when ya have a problem it will be a lot more fun I think. ...........lm

! PLATO writes a great allegory Socrates told him about intelligence in The Cave. I often find this helpful when trying to understand other people. Not exactly viewing their position as one of the characters chained in the cave yet trying to understand how we all have different ways we have learned though the years to build our minds to minipulate life for our best interest at heart. Or to solve life's problems.

Along the same lines in life and philosophy, I often ponder the forging of relationships between people. The emotions and diffrent life intelligence sets comming together. I could write for hours on this but let me just say this. It is a shame people can't always see things for what they are and nurture one another to form a more perfect society. There is always a more creative way to nurture better quality from a human being. After all, we are more alike then we are diffrent. ;)

LM

You've done nothing but prove my point here as you again demonstrate that you feel entitled to dictate the rules of engagment on the forum. I dont really care to abide by them so save your words for someone that conforms; or better yet why dont we change the forum name to LoudMouse.com

...and don't flatter yourself, if you think your message is what made me take the part off and fix it, you are placing too much importance on your lack of input.

Im going to put an end to this here as I have no further interest in responding to your messages if they are self-endulgent. You clearly believe I lost sight of the importance of learning how to work on my bike, and I clearly believe you lost sight of what owning a bike is all about... Community.

-Sascha

P.S. Just so we are clear LM, I have respect for you but you are really pushing your gospel on me here and I am not in the market for online rule dictated by you it so lets simply let it go... Its clearly not worth arguing over.
