Hey all,
I'm trying to replace the bars that came on the bike but I don't know if they're stock or not. While lying upside down, the following measurements are:
length end-to-end, as the crow flies: 28.0"
length end-to-end, taking the long route: ~35"
rise from floor to center of bar at highest point: 5-1.4"
knurl length: 4-3/4"
O.D. at bar end: 7/8"
center reinforced piece: 3-1/16"
center cutout length: 1-1/8"
Is this the stock hi-rise bar?
Gracias

I have REALLY high bars on my bike - practically ape-hangers. Talk about unsightly- they're ridiculous. I'd planned to replace them with a flat bar from Tim McDowell.
I just bought a second '65 with the 'Serpico" bars and I think they look aces. Can those be found anywhere? I'd love to have them on both bikes.
Also- if I DO manage to find them, with the cables I bought from Tim McDowell for the flat bars still work or will they be too short? Doesn't seem like that much of a difference in rise but it might be enough to make the difference. Anyone know?
