trottle

this may be a dumb question, but i bought a 65 dream and the trottle does
not return on its own. is this normal for this old of a bike? if not any suggestions. thanks

They do not seem to have much snap to them.Just make sure everything is lubed well.I wondered the same thing when I got mine.I was told to possibly find a carb with a stronger spring that may fit the CA77 if you want more snap to it.Joe
