Went to look at a "parts" CB 77 today, and bought it. It is nicer than the two I already have, and I would like to use it instead of the others as the basis for my rider. However, the seller did not have a title. Bike has been in various hands for many years, and seller thinks original owner is deceased. (Bike was purchased in Illinois. I live in Indiana) Have any Illinois members had occasion to apply for a title under similar circumstances ? Any tips ?
