Piston Clearance - Where is it measured from?

I was at the machine shop today, dropping off my Superhawk's sleeves to be bored, after purchasing some new old stock +1.00 pistons. I need to know two things:]<br /><br />A) Should the sleeves be bored to +.0002? Is that correct?<br /><br />B) More importantly, where should the measurement be taken from? From the piston skirts? From the area perpendicular to the piston rod? <br /><br />Thanks for your help.<br /><br />Tim.
