Kick starter Cover Questions

This case was completely disassembled. My entire dream was a parts bike that came in 6 cardboard boxes. Only a few parts did I get the luxury of disassembling myself to know the exact order. It's been a pain to say the least.

I must chuckle as ya now have the case upside down.

Thanks for the help I think I'll put all of these parts together today. What’s the deal with the metal ringed seal numbers? Why do they not match the Parts Book numbers? All the other seals did!
