Honda factory clear coat on engine question

Thxs SeaDog i bet that clear would make a terrable mess off the engine.Oh yeah it's a 1974 CB360G i also am working on my 1965 CA77 Dream but it get's hard in the summer here it's already in the 100s but it's all in fun.Thxs Mike
