Type 1 head on a Type 11? wtf? 65 305 C77E Dream

Howdy!, got this basket case with an extra C77E bottom end. Anyhoo, I assembled the best of both and my valves are not moving in unison?!?
Right side IN will depress while Left side doesn't, same on EX valves opposite even thou' the pistons go up and down at the same time. Both EX and IN on both sides should work together at the same time....right?
Do l have the wrong head? or maybe rockers are wrong?

Though the pistons move up and down in unison, they are on opposite strokes - one will be on exhaust while the other is on compression.

Thanks DB! How's the weather in MB?

So, l would adjust right side valves at F mark just after the IN valve comes up, then do the same for left side after a 360 rotation, correct?

That is correct.

Weather here Sunday was beautiful, yesterday was complete crap and it felt like winter was around the corner but today is lovely again. If you don't like the weather in Manitoba, wait a minute! LOL!
