Piston wrist pin clips?

When removing the pistons I bent a couple of the c-clips. Are these easily available standard parts or are they specific to 305 motors? If the latter, what is the best source for these?

I picked up a set at the local l dealer for couple bucks. They were used on lots of bikes. Same part is used on bikes even today.

I picked some up at my local Honda dealer a couple of weeks ago. Still used on bikes today. Part # 94601-15000.
