Pistons for Overbore Kit
i am trying to do my own overbore kit with<br /><br />2     1000 cbx std pistons with rings<br />( same piston pin   15 MM DIAMETER)<br />BUT NEED  BIGER SKIRT =overboring cylinder blok<br /><br />  125 xl ,xls ,pistons may be used<br /><br />750 cb  K1 also(same piston pin diam.)

i have cb750 pistons and i am going to try to them in a overbore.<br />race bikes used a ASSO kit with 10.5:1 pistons <br /><br />hope this helps good luck with the cbx or xl piston idea

I have a complete 350cc overbore that is on my 305 now. I would trade even for stock parts as i do not need the added power. Swap would include cylinders and pistons, cylinder head. Please note that you will have to make your own head gasket out of copper. Also the spigots (bottom of the cylinders) are very thin but have not caused any problems in appox. 500 miles. e-mail me at stphns@hotmail.com if interested.
