Covers fit to each side of the frame to cover the battery and electrics and there is a 2 piece trim which fits at the frame and engine top case at the post with the 6MM threads. ........lm /quote]
I have no spark and it seemed like there was a contact plate for someething electrical behind the cover plate that I removed.
Anyway, is this the two piece trim you are talking about?I will have to try to post to see if someone has an extra trim set they might be willing to part with. Also, how can I tell if this bike has been converted to a 12volt system or if it is still 6 volts? My fried battery has the number 12 on it. Thank you, Jeff
