Are all 305cc pistons and valves the same by model (ie. CB, CL, CA) and/or year?

The CB/CL77 305 pistons and valves are the same.
The C/CA77 DREAM uses a different piston and both valves are different from the CB/CL77. ............lm

Original HONDA pistons have CB77 on them and the others may have CA77.
The CA77 pistons are full Hemi without the edge machined in about 1/8 inch. ...............lm

dream pistons
Anybody had an troubles using dream pistons/cylinder on a CL77 engine? I have heard that it will actually raise the CR a bit, but how about piston/valve/head clearances?
