honda CB 450 engine ID

I recently purchased a copper with a honda 444cc motor in it and need help with engine ID for parts ordering.No frame numbers just want to restore motor...cause it looks cool!I'm a harley man but this thing is just too cool!Engine numbers are "CB450E-4107382". I know it's a twin cylender(single jug) air cooled 4 stroke...that's about it.Year,model,info on part's or manuals,any info is appreciated.HEARS A FEW PHOTO'S!

By the numbers that motor is for a 1971 CB450 K4.

CB450 DOHC. You will love this motor, it can vibrate almost like the Harley!!
Does have pretty decent torque.

Parts and manuals are around and you shouldn't have trouble finding parts.
