Hi,

Depends on country, see for example a CB72, C77, and many other bikes.
In the US (long straight roads) these early bikes had high bars, in Europe(more race orientated) these machines had low bars, or lower bars.

Maybe you could make a choice at the dealers, but I doubt it was standard service, and therefore dealer depended.

is it custom build or original ?
