What cycles would you want between 1970 and 1985

Who said it was only about Motorcycles? What else do you collect, restore, enjoy... ?

Almost everything I have is from that era! 1970 OSSA PLONKER, 1970 OSSA WILDFIRE, YANKEE Z, YAMA, IT 125, YAMA XZ550, 1974 HONDA XL125, 1986 HONDA VFR750F. If I could sell some of these I would be better off, because it takes up too much space, time, money. I would advise to buy and sell as you go, rather than buy and keep as I have done. You become controlled by your collection! One of my friends deals stuff for a living, his motto is, NEVER fall in love with the inventory! Wish I could take his advise!!

Well superchicken, you and I seem to have the same problem! These are just the ones in my house! There's 8-10 more in the garage, and at least 3 more in parts.

1981 Honda CB900 Custom. I had one in the mid eighties, it was my only transportation for several years. It had a 10 speed gear box with two shifters.

Now, if you would have said 1960- 75, I would have picked:

1. a CB77 Super Hawk w/ a 350 kit

2. a mid 60's Royal Enfield 750 Interceptor

3. a Kawasaki Mach III 500 triple update: (Never will get one, but DID get an 80' Honda CBX)

4. a Honda SL350K1 or K2 update: (I now have a 72' SL350K2)

(of course there are plenty more, I just tried to narrow it down and also spread it out model and brand wise)

Later on, Bill
