Great Thread!!!!! I will next find the C100 thread as I have a few of those to do.
bblifeiz---I may have the muffler you needed. Did you ever find one? If you didn't I will dig mine out and take some pictures. I was told it was for the 90cc stepthru model.
I have not seen it in a couple years but I think it is the same, but maybe the end that connects to the headpipe is a little different. I bought it (aftermarket NOS) at the big Mid Ohio swap meet a few years ago to use on my C100. I was told it would fit but the kicker would rub against it. I never did use it as I found an actual c100 muffler.
If you still need one, let me know. I think I would want $70 US for the muffler plus shipping, which could easily be more than the cost of the part.

All done...
Paul, thanks to your inspiration I've finished my restoration!
My intent was to build a daily driver in as original condition as possible. So, only NOS or OEM parts. Every electrical connection replaced (vintageconnections.com) and she runs like a top and will do so for years to come. I didn't do any body work other than clean everything up, replacing only what absolutely had to be replaced. My big accomplishment was getting the winkers working!

Re: All done...
Ah it's so nice to hear that I've inspired someone. I don't get over here as much as I would like but seeing your bike done was a real treat for me and thanks for taking the time to post the pictures. Absolutely beautiful. I bet you get plenty of looks on that old gal. Thanks again for posting and ride safe. Pauljludwick wrote:Paul, thanks to your inspiration I've finished my restoration!
