starting an old love with one

Post by 25 Dreams » Wed Aug 22, 2007 8:14 am

Let I introduce myself. I'am 61 years young and restarted my love for Honda in 1997 again with Mopeds.
In 1985 I was involved in a serious traffec accident with a Honda SS50 moped in mint condition (1972). The machine was totally distroyed and all my bones in in left foot were broken.
I decided to get my driverslicence for motorbike and bought a Moto Guzzi 500 folowed by a Suzuki 750F, a Yamaha GTS 1000 and after a electrical problem I sold it and bought a Yamaha FJ1200 together with a XJ 900.
On a island in the south of our country (naturereservation) I discovered a Honda moped Amigo type I (1972) in a bad condition.
My interest for Honda was reborn.
Soon afterwards came the first Honda ,CX500(1976) K0......... now i've got a collection of aprox. 80 machines.(all Honda and 1 Motom (1954)
Motorbikes:
C100A ,1960

CS90,1967
CS90,1968
CD90,1967

CB250,1969
CB350,1969
CB450,1966
CB450K1,1969
CB360,1974
CB550,1974

CA78,1973, built Ohio frame number 8
Honda Astrea Prima 1993 100CC

A very rare machine is a "normal" Honda C50L with the serialnumber 000001, so the first from the production of the serie L

Most of the mopeds were produced by Honda Belgium from 1963 -.1979.

I'am still looking for the SB350 and MF350 of the '50

greetings
Herman
