Hi, Your engine has a CL72/77 shifter on it instead of the usual toe/heel shifter found on most dreams....

Sens some pictures of the fasteners you are having problems with. Essentially, you have to remover all of the fasteners and spacers on the steering stem to drop the forks out of the steering tube.
