Could I get the part number for the rotor tool? Thanks, Kirk I have the Honda puller / bolt. It is 16mm x 1.5 thread . Motion Pro sells one for $9.90. Here's a link to the tool.

It popped of like butter this evening. Best 10 bucks you will ever spend - maybe... Byrd Got some of the bike back together and somewhat mocked up to be able to figure out how everything is going to go together. Once complete I'll tear everything back apart and paint it. I finally fired the bike up for the first time last night and I must say it sounds pretty good. The 180 crank really balances the motor out - theres hardly any vibration at all.
I did notice some arcing on the right point assembly while the bike was running. I have it set at 14 thou with new points and condenser. I have the ground strap attached to the bottom of the capacitor holder and the other end attached to the frame on the motor mount bolt. Any ideas? I also was able to get my battery relocated and all of my wiring pretty much completed. I welded in a tray to hold and hide all of the wiring.
The pictures seemed small - here is a link to the album
