Hi! I'm in Tampa as well. I've heard some good things about Syco Sports in St. Pete. I haven't used them but know a few people that did and thought they were good. They handle vintage and two and four stroke bikes and charge $50/hr. Their website is www.2-strokes.biz There's also Dime City Cycles in Largo that specialized in vintage bikes.
