Looking for long CB77 header pipe

Post by jmn » Wed Aug 06, 2014 11:26 am

Hi-
I am finishing up my 1961/2 CB72, looking for one header pipe like the photo attached. It has to be a long one (I have a short one to exchange/sell), because I installed Emgo Dunstalls and my original headers are too short.

Thanks with any leads.

PS - this forum has been incredibly helpful with my restoration!

i would pick up a pair of the repop ones from asia. Save your stock ones for someone who's running stock exhausts.

Or take the one you have to a shop and have them make you some new ones matching the curve.

I'm trying to keep the bike as original as possible - can't afford orig or repro mufflers at this time.
