It looks like an M6-thread stepped screw.
- Suggestion: take an M6*x10mm (or 12mm) and cut a piece of copper tube, that fits both the screw and the pivot fulcrum snugly, to the depth of the step [the thickness of the pivot arm plus about 1mm]. Perhaps secure the screw in place with some Loctite?
