Honda Dream Parts Needed

I have a Black 1962 Dream and I need a few parts. Here is a list of what I need.

Air Cleaner Door (or Cover) Sits behind the battery
Front Fender
Foot Shifter
Chain Case Peep Hole Cover
Early Handle Bars

I also need a Left Hand Switch Assembly for my later 65 Dream (It has the Horn button and Headlight High Beam Low Beam Switch)
