cb77 fork Replace or repair (Plus color Question)

I need some advice on right lower fork leg (alloy)replace or should I try to fix.Have one with broken front fender mount broken off.Has any one repaired by welding new mount using Durafix alloy rod ,looks like it might work ,just looking for some advice.But if someone has one let me know,thanks.
Have a color Question about main stand and taillight figure are they painted Black or color of frame and tank.

Pretty sure on a cb the main (center) stand should be black, and the taillight bracket should be same color as fenders, ie silver. You didn't ask, but chainguard should be same color as frame, tank, etc., not silver as sometimes seen. I'm sure somebody will correct me if I'm wrong.
