1966 CA77 part out

Post by sailPDQ36 » Sun Aug 17, 2025 2:00 pm

I have a 66 ca77 that I bought for the motor and will be parting out if anyone here needs something. The bike is complete (minus the engine obviously) except for the gas tank (completely rotted) and it has a title. Feel free to reach out. Thank, Tom 443.554.5050

Edit: I am in western PA.

If your bike has the clutch/F brake lever assemblies that don't have integrated switches, etc., I would like to buy them. Ditto the throttle. That is, a throttle assy without the starter button, etc. is what I'd like. I'm in the process of resurrecting my Dream with some mild customization.

Thanks for the pics. If it's not too much trouble (and shipping isn't too expensive) I'd like the clutch lever assy. I can mail you a cashier's check. There's no rush, my Dream is still in pieces.
I'm also searching for a standard piston, CA, CB or CL.
What are you going to do with the engine?

Tanks,

The engine from this 1966 is going into my other CA77(1964). The engine in that one(1964) lost compression on one cylinder and the new one(1966) is running well and just sort of fell into my lap for almost nothing, so it's now a donor. The motor with low compression(1964) will probably just go on to the shelf in the barn for future pieces and parts. I pulled the clutch assembly off the bike. I'll weigh it and then find out how much it costs to ship to Hawaii and let you know.

Tom.
