I just installed knew horn, now I'm blowing fuses.

New (or is it just new to you?) doesn't always mean good. Sounds like there's a short in it somewhere. If you have an ohmmeter unplug it (both wires) and check for continuity between the wire and ground. There shouldn't be any.
