tail light's getting annoying

Post by ryan_siefrin » Fri Jul 01, 2005 11:13 am

Well I can't seem to be able to keep the thing working. It has to do with the ground on it. It’s really weird; I’m not even sure how to explain it. Mine's got this metal piece that comes out of the rubber grommet that goes around the bulb. When I press down on this and make contact with the metal plate behind it, it then works.

Only problem is I haven't really found a way to keep this down good while riding the bike. To me this is a big problem because it's nice when people behind you know when you are braking and all that other fun stuff associated with stopping/ being on the road.

If someone has an answer to my problem or spare light housing please let me know. Thanks

I just bought a new Tail light assemble complete for 10 bucks on Ebay. I see them there all the time.
