Hi - I'd like to wire a kill switch to my handlebars on my '62 cb72. I could just break into the positive line going to the battery, but it ssems like there's a way to do it so you only kill the motor, not the headlight, etc. Has anyone tried this?
Thanks,
Jon

Kill Switch Wiring
Sorry, I'm not electrically minded! I have the switch now. Do you mean wire up the 12v to the coil by breaking the coil wire and connecting one side of break to one wire of the switch, the other break to the other switch wire? Or one switch wire is connected to the coil wire without breaking it, and the other switch wire to the ground?
Hope this isn't more confusing!
