1964 CA78 BATTERY

I PURCHASED A 1964 CA78 WITH NO BATTERY INSTALLED.
DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A REPLACEMENT THAT FITS?
ALL OF THE ONES I SEE ARE 12N9-2A WHICH ARE TO WIDE AT 3"".
