New bike electrical issues

I just got my (new to me bike) home and am about to dive into some wiring issues.

The guy I bought it from put a new tail light on it, but did not wire it up. Also the horn and head light do not work. I am not sure if the bulb is bad or if there are other issues.

I just down loaded Dogsbd's Electrical Schematic, which helps a lot but I also need a manual to show me where all this stuff is located. Is there a down loadable PDF manual somewhere or where can I buy one?

You didn't mention which model you own, but there might be one for sale on eBay. Or some models are downloadable from here:
