Just got a NOS fender tip. No mounting instructions. Before I drill a couple of mounting holes in my original Dream front fender, just want to be sure I'm doing it right. Looks straight forward. There are 3 tabs that look like they bend under the fender. Also two small screws that hold on a bracket (for the ornament base). I assume the little screws go through the fender to the bracket. Is this the best way to mount for a bike that is ridden frequently?
