Thanks, Mike....so it looks like the Chen Shins are a little wider and a little lower than the Kings, and Sava's.

I made up a chart of various size comparisons that might work, before I found out there was so much variation between the manufacturers stated size and the actual measured dimensions.

If we get enough actual measurements, we could do a meaningful comparison chart.

ok, so no pics yet since i cant figure out how to get them smaller. will work on that another day. but i do have the measurements for the Kendras 100/90's mounted on the wheels. hubby did it today.

3.62 wide (inflated)
3.18 measured from outside edge of rim to outer edge of inflated tire
tread depth new (center) .152 (side) 1.43
they are approx 23 inches tall, but not on floor yet, thats with bike still on engine stand.

Thanks, jgregg, for the info...looking forward to the pics.

Looks like they may be almost as close to the correct size as the "correct size"

Looking good!

I forgot to mention that I had to take a razor blade to some of the mold tits sitcking out of the sidewalls to get the inserts to lay flush.

good to know. glad i wasnt home when he worked on those. lol but i will let him know how to fix the few spots that arent laying down. hes a harley man and he said the kendras look good, and have a high speed rating. not that i would even think about going 140. which i know the dream cant do.

Quick question. You went with the Kendra 671's 100/90 16. What size inserts did you go with?
