TIRING TIRE TRACK.

Have any of you guys been able to track down any whitewalls? I looked at the UK site listed above but didn't find any, by the way the correct link is http://www.central-wheel.co.uk/tyres/.

I have acess to most major brands, but am partial to making this machine stock.

I wonder what the largest non-stock tire would be allowed on the stock rims. Here is a bit of info that tells me the largest on the 3.00 rim could be 120/100

400*18 2.15/2.50/2.75/3.00
450*18
110/80*18
110/90*18
120/90*18
120/100*18

while I would not want to go quite that large, i would like to go 110/90 on the rear while staying 90/90 on the front with the stock rims. I'll have to be sure of rear fender clearance but other than that I would expect a bit more stability and stickiness due to the larger patch of contact rubber.

anyone have any thoughts on this?

The problem with running too large of a tire is the profile gets messed up. The narrow rim rounds the tire out, and you'll end up with worse handling rather than better. I wouldn't go larger that 100/100 on the rear with stock rims, and that is pushing it a bit!
