Many thanks for replys, i wasnt going to say that i wanted to keep it in the factory paint as i thought i was going to be condemed to the loony bin. One word said by G-man nails it for me the word is conserve it, and like snakeoil says its only original once, Loud mouse youve made my day by saying the mouse was done that way. Will get some pics up as soon as i can this weekend at the latest.
Any cure for the classic bug, as ive got it bad.

Superb G3 G-man. Would this by any chance, be the origin of the "G" in your moniker?

Rob

Duck oil, huh? Now we know what the Chinese do with the remainders from pressed duck.

no pun intended snakeoil, duck oil is an old fashioned grease type stuff that preserves metals must be someone who could tell us about it, the only thing ive found that would remove it was petol so far ive spent £30.00 on fuel and it hasnt even turned a wheel yet.
