Possibly a moot point, D. The paper publication has been out of print for some years, I believe; but I do know that Bill still sells the whole sheboodle on CD.

It ain't exactly plagiarism; and I'm guilty of scanning the odd page for posting here in order to help our brethren. But, the whole manual; and several! Good for the guys, but not so good for Bill's CD sales....

Steve, while technically it isn't plagiarism( Bill copied a lot of the info) it does appear as if someone is trying to profit from his research. Just seems a little unethical to me....................D
