Honda C71 dream front winker lenses, bases

I needed to ask if any one would happen to have C71 front winker lenses and bases that I could either buy or borrow? I some one could help me out and let me borrow lenses and bases I can scan them on a 3D scanner and print out a set of lenses on my 3D printer. condition won't matter as long as they are not too damaged.
