Found this in a copy of the UK weekly "Motor Cycling" dated 17th September 1959.
It says "Wanted Local Distributors" and highlight's Honda's Team Prize in the 125cc IOM TT.
I'm guessing this could be their first advert in the UK Press.

Great find! I just got a stack of old 1950's and '60s copies of Motorcycling. The first page here talks about Honda's forthcoming 1959 TT effort. The second one trumpets the company's 1961 TT successes.
