That looks like the other ones i've seen in pictures. Quite a rare piece. I'm sure it's worth a good bit to the right person.

well I don't want it and I most certainly won't be restoring any police bikes in the future so up on eBay it goes, probably listing it around the 24 or 25th of feb. hopefully someone who is restoring a police bike will be able to use it.

Hi James,

I sent you the detail via private message. I'll watch for it on ebay. Having a 305 police bike that has been discussed in a lot of places, I've had a lot of people selling or looking for police bike parts, so I've had and seen maybe 10 or 12 of these. They pretty commonly sell for between $300 and $350. As I mentioned in my message, be sure to include a photo of that back tag. The most common misconception is that a 305 and a 450 siren are interchangeable (they look very similar), and they are not, as they spin in opposite directions, and the drive cable is longer on the 450.

This is a 350-450-750 siren. The ones for CB77 does not have the chromed cover around it.
