Ran across these pics recently in a facebook page devoted to Nor Cal racers from 30-40 years ago.
I think it's the same bike and rider in all 4 pics, it's a very nice CB based racer from back in the day anyway.
I never rode the Cow Palace but it was a paved short track up in San Francisco that I heard was great fun.
