Re: Headlight question for CA77
Probably not. Different Honda part numbers:
CA95 and CA160:
33120-203-000
CA72 CA77:
33120-262-000
If I were to guess, the CA77 headlamp unit is larger than CA95.
Note that CA95 and CA160 use the same headlamp part number.

Re: Headlight question for CA77
Looks like I spoke too soon. CA77, CA95 and CA160 headlamps units do appear compatible, with different part numbers.
Here's a site that offers the headlamp. Not sealed beam however. Instead uses a replaceable bulb:

I don’t think they are compatible, they look the same but CA77 is 12volts and the C95 6 volts, and the c95 is about 10mm smaller.

Hard to say; the link above suggests the listed string of parts numbers are all compatible.Geoff Hastings wrote: ↑Fri Jun 09, 2023 11:33 amI don’t think they are compatible, they look the same but CA77 is 12volts and the C95 6 volts, and the c95 is about 10mm smaller.
Some CA77 CA160 CA95 riders may want to weigh in...

Re: Headlight question for CA77
Sorry I should have said, I have a CA77 and a C95 and measured the headlights on both. C95 is 140mm and the CA77 is 150mm, this is measured across the outer chrome rim.
