Honda Dream Starter Button Replacement

Does anyone know where a replacement starter button on right-hand control can be purchased? Mine has a small piece missing causing it to push in at an angle or getting stuck.
The part number may be 35317259300. The starter button may also be the same as the horn button on the left-hand control.
