What year??

I just bought a 305 dream, the guy I got it from purchased it from a estate sale. He wasn't sure of the year. I think it's a 1964. The engine # is CA77E 1033640, the #on the frame is CA78 103358. Finding the frame# was a real pain in the butt, I read several messages from other people about the location, and got several location areas. I found mine down low on the left side of the frame behind the spring for the rear brake light switch. I'm hoping that I can have it on the road this spring (late spring) or early summer. The bike is in pretty good condition, the chrome is fairly rough, but it has good compression. Any tips on what to look for when going through it would be greatly appreciated.
