305 Dream engine in a super hawk frame

I'm a total newbie, so here is my dumb question. Will a 305 dream engine fit in a super hawk frame?

air cleaner will be complicated, dream is single carb coming straight back and would hit the down tube I think. Hawk is dual carb so they straddled the downtube I believe
