Value of my Dream?

Post by Jethro » Tue May 17, 2011 12:17 am

So I'm selling one of my two CA77's. (I'm almost done restoring my other one.) I'm not trying to sell it here, I'm just trying to get a good idea as to what I should ask for it as far as a price goes. I'll attach some pics. speedo shows just over 8700 miles and I think there has been some top end work done (new pistons and rings I think). It runs really well. I've also replaced the rectifier, headlight and the seat cover. I've been trying to sell it but I really am not sure what a good asking price would be. Anyone care to give any input?

Thanks, Jethro

IMO and it's only an opinion. Give or take 2-3 hundred, 2K.

only negative is it doesnt have the white walls. IMO id put it around 1700-2000 as well. I sold a red one in similar condition mabye not quite as nice, for 1600.00 last spring.

Really? I was going to ask 1800 and let someone talk me down from there if they want. So I guess that doesn't seem unreasonalble then. Good point about the white walls. Maybe I could get some port-o-walls and slap those on. Maybe it wouln't be worth it.

Thanks for the info
