Plating and paint for honda emblem below headlight

What plating is used on the metal emblem, and what is the color of the red paint used for the background?

I have two of them. Neither has the red paint, and both appear to be zinc plated..

Mine was chrome and it was original. Also had some indication of red paint but my dream is red so don't know if they were color coded or allways red.
