1969 305 Dream.... Got it Today

Hi folks... back in August 2007 I jumped on saying I was about to buy a '69 Dream...
Well.... between travel and basic 'no rush' by both parties... today I got posession.

It does not run... but that is minor (carb thing ):
Issues that we know of:
Pin holes in gas tank.
Carb rebuild.
Tank emblems
Small scratch on right muffler
Needs new seat.
Missing one mirror.

Everything in very good condition. Just faded paint and
dried out rubber parts.

I hope I can do this somewhat systematically .. start with engine/carb/transmission
