my newest dream

Post by MoonDream » Fri Apr 04, 2008 4:26 pm

[/b]HI just thought I'd send a pic of my newest dream..the last of the 3 I bought over the winter. This one has had professional fork work and new paint all ready and I paid less than any of the 3. Plus an extra frame, seat, wheels, engine, and other parts. with all of this I hope to make 3 bikes. Just had back surgery and a new hip to go this year but my husband will be the director and I can at least rebuild carbs and stuff sitting down. Isn't that what bike lifts are for LOL. at least the weather has broken at last here and we can actually get down to it.

Pics look good but are way too small for any detail.

Any chance of posting some bigger pics?

Well I have to say it's sure nice to see a lady with a Dream. I mean that in both ways. You have the actual Dream and the dream to see it restored. Good for you and I got a feeling your going to do a fine job on it. I for one will be looking forward to seeing your progress. From your post and the work you've had done on yourself, restoring the bike will be much more easier and allot less painful :)

I would concentrate on one bike for now because I find myself getting overwhelmed if I take on too many projects and learn from the one you've completed before you move on to the next. Great to see you on here. It's a great place to be and the members are great. Good luck with your Dream and post lots of pictures. I always do :) Paul in Newfoundland
