CA72/77 Grease fittings question

this is probably a dumb question, but are these grease fittings honda only?
can i get an attachment for my grease gun that will fit them?
what grease should i use?

They are a Japanese design and I got my adapter from the TOOL KIT of my 1995 TOYOTA truck. I use the BLACK HIGH TEMP grease. .........lm
