It's rare to see the whole collection like that. There is a spare bracket there, too.
I have quite a few key blanks - there are two types of key. A left hand one and a right hand one but the actual profiles are quite simple to do by had as the lock comes out of the bracket.
I managed to 'pick' one of my locks to get the barrel out so that I could then make a key.

These are blank un-numbered keys. The one I have is uncut, smooth on both sides but it fits and works with my pump lock. I did shorten it about 1/8" so it fully engage the tumblers.

Did the pump always have the lock? OR Could your Honda have just the two "pins" on each end?

I don't think that Honda ever did that but it would be possible to come up with a spring-loaded plunger or, as you say, just two pins like bicycle manufacturers did.
My old Matchless just has two pins welded to the frame. Simple.....

If you can find them, Taylors made key blanks for these locks. There are two types, opposite hand. H71T and H71S.
