Looks like a C92 (125cc) or C95 (150cc) Benley to me. 160s have the camshaft drive in the middle of the motor. Look for the engine number somewhere on the top of the crankcase behind the cylinders.

Not sure where the frame number is on these. Look on left of headstock or lower left of frame near center stand.

Once we have the numbers we can begin to tell you what you've got.
